 | Her indoors - Say no more
|
 | Mangoes - One day soon, within my lifetime I expect, I'll
be able to taste my own mangoes. Our first mangoes in 2001 did not
grow to fruition.
|
 | Food - I regard eating as pretty fundamental and I try to
eat at least once a day. I follow the Cantonese maxim, "Live to Eat."
Known for my bravery in trying exotic foods, the most unusual dish
I've eaten so far is Snake, Wildcat and Fish bladder soup. The dish
that gets the biggest reaction is dog, a specialty treat at our
engagement part in Manila. The dish that all connoisseurs of Filipino
cuisine ask about is Balut: Cooked chicken embryo in still in the
shell. Yes, I have eaten all of them, and no, I never want to eat
balut again. |
